Sparky's Cantina proudly presents our line of home-made allergy-free bakery products.
Free of gluten, dairy, casein, eggs, corn, soy, potato, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, refined sugar. Sweetened with pure agave. Baked on dedicated equipment in a dedicated allergy-free kitchen. We currently use Bob's Red Mill gluten-free rice and tapioca flours, which, we are informed, may contain traces of soy, corn, and potato.
Some items available with coconut for those not allergic. Coconut products baked in a different facility that is not certified gluten-free. Cross-contamination minimization practices are carefully followed, and batches are randomly tested for presence of gluten.
